I ordered earring for my daughter for Christmas on Nov 26. I received the wrong order.
I had to wait 10 days before I could even complain. Then when I was able to get ahold of someone (Dec 18) they told me they were going to ship a different pair of earrings for me because apparently they were out of stock now. They called the warehouse and verified that it was okay since they were the same price. They said I would receive an email when it ships.
I called back today (Dec 30) because I still havent received anything. I was told that the person I talked to was incorrect. They werent sending me earrings and all they could do was refund my money which I wont get back until 3-5 more days.
Oh and the best part?! They have no record of me talking to the other person for 19 minutes.
User's recommendation: NEVER SHOP HERE.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
