I paid my bill in full on December 5th, the day I got paid and the due date on my bill. I recently received another bill for $29.38 for a late fee and finance charge.

I called Customer Service and questioned why I received a late fee and finance charge? Customer Service stated that it was because I paid TWO HOURS past the cutoff time. TWO HOURS?? The Customer Service girl was rude and condescending.

Unfortunately, I closed this account tonight, after being a customer for many years.

I do not want to do business with a company, that ONLY cares about making a buck!!! Well, in my case $29.38 late fee and finance charge, for paying TWO HOURS LATE!!!
