couldn't understand the phone message. The staff member was too busy chatting with the other sales associate to use my rewards towards my purchase today. She didn't even take my phone number to give me points and huffed and did that as a courtesy!

Why is the staff so unhelpful when you come to pay for your items?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $18.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: That the styles are fun for my kids.

I didn't like: Cannot shop in the store with a single stroller.
