Billing question
DISASTER! The person on the phone was difficult to understand and apparently could not hear me.
I have never heard this on any other phone call and I wondered if he were somehow unknowingly muting me. My issue was never resolved and couldn't take the time then to call back after I was cut off during transfer of call.
I will try calling again and pray I get someone that can operate a phone and speak decent English! PRAY for me!
Customer Service
My package (which I paid for expedited delivery) was lost by Fed Ex. They even told me it was lost.
I called customer service and could not understand a word they said. I live in the United States so why cant they give me someone in the United States to talk to? All I get are people overseas who have such thick accents I cant understand a word.
It is beyond frustrating. I think I am getting a refund but Im not sure.

Alexus, our sales person.
Alexus was very helpful. She was patient with my grandchildren as they tried several clothes on.
My granddaughter wanted to wear her outfit and my grandson wanted to wear his shirt, so she helped us by scanning the items, then helping take sales tags off their clothing.
Alexus was wonderful! Thank you very much.

Helpful staff, Christine, stayed to answer questions and offer help as needed. I would highly recommend this shopping trip to others.
Lost delivery
Placed an order, checked the order before and after it was submitted. After submitted, the billing and mailing address were combined.
They were 2 different addresses.
I called asking for address correction which Customer Service could NOT do. The order could not be delivered and returned to your company.

Everything except the first delivery was great. Had I received my first order I would have rated better. Customer service is great due to that they will replace my order at no charge, which was awesom
I placed an order online says it was delivered September 9th, but I didn't receive anything. I was very upset called customer service and they were great.
They did a replacement order at no charge. I found that to be very professional being that I did spend money for my child uniform for school and did not receive it.
A little inconvenient that I didn't receive first order but happy that they did a replacement. Hoping to receive my order this time.

I ordered numerous things and while there was a tracking number - my package never shipped. I emailed them and received an automated response that they would get back to me - its been two weeks and still no response.
I also called and was told that they could not issue a refund for one more business day. Of course they couldnt... I have purchased from them many times before and had minimal issues. This experience has put me in a situation that I will never purchase from them again.
Finally had time today to call again and demand a refund. We will see if I actually get it - I am considering filing a consumer protection complaint.

Straight up lied about the situation of an order pick up!

I order shoes instead of shoes I got pijama set...I tried to return wrong idem to store and receive my money back(I purchase shoes at the store) but that wasn't possible!!!hope I will get my money back soon.
Cancellation of e-mails and promotions
To whom it may concern,
I have tried to unsubscribe from getting any e-mails and promotions as I have moved out of the country where I can't purchase any of your products. I unsubscribed a few times and at least 2 weeks ago for the first time and I am still getting your e-mails and promotions, ads, etc. It can be quite annoying under the circumstances.

I do not have 7 -10 working days to wait for my shipment that i oaid expedition for.. and it has now been passed the date of shipment and arrival..
i want my full refund so i can go locally and shop for my grandson since he starts school on Monday.. this is extremely unprofessional and i will never do business with your company again in regards to this exact situation.
