Everything except the first delivery was great. Had I received my first order I would have rated better. Customer service is great due to that they will replace my order at no charge, which was awesom
I placed an order online says it was delivered September 9th, but I didn't receive anything. I was very upset called customer service and they were great.
They did a replacement order at no charge. I found that to be very professional being that I did spend money for my child uniform for school and did not receive it.
A little inconvenient that I didn't receive first order but happy that they did a replacement. Hoping to receive my order this time.

I ordered numerous things and while there was a tracking number - my package never shipped. I emailed them and received an automated response that they would get back to me - its been two weeks and still no response.
I also called and was told that they could not issue a refund for one more business day. Of course they couldnt... I have purchased from them many times before and had minimal issues. This experience has put me in a situation that I will never purchase from them again.
Finally had time today to call again and demand a refund. We will see if I actually get it - I am considering filing a consumer protection complaint.

Liars and incompetent
Straight up lied about the situation of an order pick up!
My daughter had the email showing order numberthey told her there was no order to be picked up

I got wrong item
I order shoes instead of shoes I got pijama set...I tried to return wrong idem to store and receive my money back(I purchase shoes at the store) but that wasn't possible!!!hope I will get my money back soon.
Cancellation of e-mails and promotions
To whom it may concern,
I have tried to unsubscribe from getting any e-mails and promotions as I have moved out of the country where I can't purchase any of your products. I unsubscribed a few times and at least 2 weeks ago for the first time and I am still getting your e-mails and promotions, ads, etc. It can be quite annoying under the circumstances.
Could you please unsubscribe me as soon as possible.

I do not have 7 -10 working days to wait for my shipment that i oaid expedition for.. and it has now been passed the date of shipment and arrival..
i want my full refund so i can go locally and shop for my grandson since he starts school on Monday.. this is extremely unprofessional and i will never do business with your company again in regards to this exact situation.

I have been a good customer with no issues. I had my first real issue where I have proof that 4 shipments regarding two orders were delivered to an entirely different area in November 2022.
I have written acknowledgment from the company confirming such and that a refund would be forthcoming within 7-10 business days of which this communication was only received in January 2023.
No refund received to date and multiple messages and calls have been done to which everyone has denied such and that nothing could be done and that the company cannot refund the money to the value of USD2,000 approximately. This company is fraudulent and unethical and their customer service department from top to bottom are trained to be robots and I have spoken to a rep, supervisor and manager (claiming to be such).
I have been following up since November 2022 and their last response today is that they would file a claim with UPS and just a few minutes later is that they cannot do anything as the order has past 60 days yet I have numerous case IDs to show that I contacted the company numerous times even within 60 days of which I had no resolution or most times even responses to date.

My issues with CP is there’s a flag in my credit
A credit check was done on my behalf and it shows that there was some interest in my credit thats showing up like debt and I want it cleared up . My account has a zero balance and had that since march 2023.
