They will be at 50-60% sale whole year like 1 day special sale event. They are losing their customers and one day will come when they have close their business due to continuous loss.

Didn't receive my order

Placed a order a large order a month before started didn't receive order was told it was under investigation at ups that it would take 7 to 14 days to complete that was in August 20th and now I am told to wait a additional 14 days I will never again order from here

package is lost and i have to wait 2 weeks for UPS to do their investigation before Childrens place will do anything. Last time i order from them

Pissed off from employee

Went in to Chelsea store where this blonde skinny girl was rude to my child yelling at her for touching the shirts she just folded, I yelled back x she said get out of my store it's a store for children if she doesn't like her job she should quit. That store always a mess

No one will answer me

I need to return uniform pants that are entirely too big for my four-year-old I ordered them online and your stores will not take them back they have never been worn tags are not on them. There to big! I bought them over a month ago.

I needed a return label because they normally provided one.But,I was told it would only come in my email.I further explained that I don't have access to a printer,and could they send the paper label I was told no,I must pay out of pocket.

Canceled my order and haven’t gotten my money back.

I order some items on August 27, 2021. They canceled my order with out a reason. Now Im emailing them in order for me to get my money back and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointed and I will never order from them again. I wouldnt recommend.

Ordered my childrens clothes on two separate occasions i never received my order. They told me that i need to call the delivery service and find it. They refuse to refund until they receive the items back. How are they suppose to get the items back when the delivery service loses them. They refuse to give updates and continually give you the runaround. I told them that they should contact the delivery service on my behalf to find my package they tell me they have no way of contacting the delivery service but i needed to do so. So they have no way of contacting their own delivery service but i can makes no sense
