They sent me a email telling me they cannot change my order once has been placed but truth be told I placed an order at 11:56 p.m. and I kept calling Children's Place ever since then for like a half an hour earlier and I spoke to two representatives and kept getting hung up on when I place that order it said the 20% was going to come off at the end of the order because my order was over $75 I put the code in, and it said because I use my Children's Place card I didn't need to put the code in again because it would come up at the end of the order it didn't..not to mention when my order was pending at 11:56 I kept calling back to back and kept getting disconnected every time I tried to transfer to ordering online and those calls are recorded, so you can see that I was calling I feel as though they need to add my 20% off on this order because clearly it was something wrong with your
User's recommendation: Don't believe when it says your coupon will be added on to the end when you use your Children's Place credit card not to mention the app is extremely slow.
