The Childrens Place - Online Orders canceled
I have placed multiple(at least 4) orders online and started the rewards program. Every time I placed an order, it was canceled by the next day with undisclosed reasons.
I contacted the customer service (NO HELP AT ALL), they advised me to contact my bank and verify my information attached to the debit card I was using, which I did. I tried to order again, with the same results, again contacted customer service and got the same spiel, spoke to a supervisor with no offer for assistance or apology let alone any compensation for the trouble. I have tried to place the order 2 more times, ONLY because I am purchasing clothes for grandchildren that live away and I know for a fact the sizes will fit.
I even told them I would be a regular customer spending well over $100. Sooo forget you Childrens Place, I went to Old Navy and nearly $200 and that's where I will continue to shop

I am so pissed at those people worse customer service ever.
I place so many order and their system keep canceling them without any reason Even with gift card not even credit card.
I an so done with them.
I have contacted them 3 times via email and have gotten no response. I also attempted to call technical support, but there is no technical support.
They ask you if you are interested in other services unrelated to children's place.
It is so frustrating. I am done with them!
I Have the same problem with them. I tried to buy and pay , but got the same email that my order is cancelled.
I had No problem on others...So I go to other site. By-by Children Place!
I go to spend my money on other places!!! I am so dissapointed of Childrens Place.((((
Hate the company, 4 ordered all cancelled, used different credit cards, all denied, my credit company are not the ones doing it, there site is terrible, there service and phone support is even worse! i took the time to find a post to complain, i swear i can code a website that is better and that actually has a working merchant services in a week! coupons expired, orders cancelled, points useless.

I had a similar problem today!!! I ordered 3 different times and the orders were cancelled and it said my shopping bag was empty!!
So frustrating. Called the customer service department to see if I could order thru them instead of having to go back and remember every item in my cart and reorder. They can't even order anything!!! What is a customer service department for if it can't place or correct orders!!!
I'm so done with this company. I've bought a lot of clothes from them too.
I just had the same thing happen to me during Thanksgiving weekend. I placed a large order on Wednesday, received my confirmation, money on hold at the bank, only to have it cancelled with a generic email about why.
So i wrote in asking why.
I received another generic email, to which I responded asking them to actually read my complaint and this morning I received an email telling me that I am no longer aloud to order online?!?! I'm pissed!
Hi, I have been having the same problem. I think it must be their site because I have never had a problem before.
