I made an online purchase of $127.52, which consist of 14 pieces of clothing on 11/28/2020. Order number 347372****.

I contacted customer services on 12/11/2020 and spoke to Kevin. He disclosed that I would not to contact the customer service desk again on the 12/16/2020 due to my packages not being delivered. I contacted the office and spoke to Maria. Maria disclosed that the items could be reshipped, I could get a credit to repurchase the items, or I could get my money back.

I told Maria that I would contact the United States Post office to attempt to locate the packages. I stayed on hold for two hours and they disclosed that the last information they had for the packages is that they were in Alabama and they would investigate what was going on with the packages. When I first called back Fabian disclosed that their was nothing they could do concerning my packages. I explained that I was trying to get the packages prior to Christmas.

He stated that he could not help me. I asked for a supervisor and spoke with Sebastian C19123. He said that he could not do anything and that I would have to wait until 11/22/2020 to contact customer service about not receiving my items. I am going to go to another store over the weekend and purchase the items at another store because it has been 21 days since I placed my order and have yet to receive my packages.

I do not feel that waiting four more days is going to change anything due to the United States Post Office already explained that they do not know why the packages have not left the last facility either, which leads me to believe that I will not have my items next week either. I no longer want the items and will not be making any further purchases with your company. I will be contacting the better business bureau concerning this issue due to I feel that I have not received my packages and your company is not willing to reimburse my money. The point of ordering online was because your store in my area did not have the items that I purchased.

I would like my money refunded and for you all to contact the post office and retrieve your items back. I know that your company is able to contact the post office to see that I have not received my items and I feel that your customer service agents were not trying to handle my issue.

They just keep saying wait and that Maria was reading word for word what Sebastian documented on the account basically tell me my money would not be refunded. The children in my home can not wait to have warm clothing because it is cold here.

User's recommendation: Do not order online with this company. They do not care that it has been over 20 days since you placed the order and have not received the items.
