I was trying to get ahold of Children's Place to get some answers about what was going on with my order.I receieved an e-mail saying that my order had shipped...but three days later it still had not been scanned in at UPS.
I called their customer service number and after going through their automated phone process to talk to a rep...I was on hold for one hour and seven mintues before I gave up. I never did get my answer.
I did submit an online complaint...who knows if they will repond and if they do who knows how timely it will be...I'm not sure what they could say to make it better.I found it completely unacceptable.
