On 12/13/2017 I visited The Childrens Place @ Main Place Santa Ana, CA which is over 100 miles away from my home. I purchased over $100 worth of clothing as Xmas gifts.
I’ve been super busy and hadn’t had time to wrap these gifts however, I had time yesterday only to find that one of the dresses still has a magnetic sensor attached to it. I called the store today and spoke to a Manager by the name of Kim, only to be told that theirs nothing she can do about it. I will have to find a Children’s Place store close to me that has the same type of sensor that is on the dress.
The closest store to me is 42 miles away which would be about a 50 minute drive, that is if they have the same type of sensor. This is horrible customer service and a great way to lose customers, I will now return the entire purchase since I have to inconvenience myself to find a store and drive there.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Good price.
I didn't like: Poor customer retention.
