The Childrens Place - Poor management

I was shopping at your outlet store in Eagan, MN around 11 am. There was only one associate on the floor, Martha on tag. She came up to me when I came in, checked on me, offered me a shopping bag, did that for every customer that came in, was the only one on the floor almost the entire time that I was there. When I was checking out, I saw a lady that I assumed was the manager, Lynne on tag, she kept interrupting Martha while she was checking people out, there was five of us in line but she just stood there, when more people came in she ignored them, then she disappeared into the back and I didn't see her again. I was shopping for five kids so I was in there for more than an hour. I asked Martha if she was the only one working and she said "no, the manager is here" So, in my entire shopping time, your store was steady and this manager, Lynne, never once tried to ease the stress of her employee by pitching in and helping in any way. When Martha was finally just too busy to answer her questions she disappears instead of helping? I don't get it and Martha was awesome and remained friendly informative and professional the entire time!!! If it was me, I would have walked out and left that "manager" to fend for herself.

Well next time get a gift receipt. It's not the stores fault that you didn't think to get one nor that you forgot Texas is hot. Just wow.

I went to use my super cash today and I ad told that I couldn't without the original receipt. What kind of policy is that? I don't have the receipt. I wasn't told I'd need it. I had $30 to use and was buying about $100 worth of clothes for my 9 month old today. The sales girl said they won't take it because they can't confirm if it was stolen or not. Wtf?? I am so offended that they think that their customers have the time or the inclination to go behind their cashes without an associate seeing and stealing promotional in store cash. How would that ever happen. I asked her if she was accusing me of stealing and she said they have no way to confirm if I did or didn't. Again wtf?? So I left my items behind. Bi am so pissed off. I was fuming by the time I was done with them. I caused a scene and had my baby with me. I absolutely hate that they pushed my buttons that much. The 2 girls at the St. Laurent shopping centre store are do incredibly rude. It's astonishing that they blatantly accused me of stealing. Which I 100% did not!! I tried contacting customer service and can't get through no matter how long I wait. I've tried 3 times since leaving the store. They also refused to give me their district managers name or #. The *** thing is that they acknowledged I could go online and place the order without receipt no problem. This is the *** service I've received in a long time. Never going there again.

Went to use my store cash to buy clothes for my kids. Ths staff never greeted me or asked me anything at checkout. I told her I wanted to use my store cash. She took all five, I only used 4 but she never gave me the fifth one back. I had til the 28th to use it. Worst customer service ever. She was not helpful at all. Will not be going back!

The Childrens Place in Forest Hills, New York - Don't shop at Fresh Meadows Children's Place

The manager at that store is a very rude person who has no regard or respect for the customer. She deserves to be fired. The store is losing business because of her. I will shop at Carter's from now on. I had an Item on the counter as well as my credit card and she told me to move it while she finished with another customer. It was not in the way of anything and the way she said it was very rude. You can tell she does not care about the customer at all, and that she would rather be somewhere else than working at her job. She is a very nasty person.

The Childrens Place in Belden, Mississippi - Cold asociates

I have been in both your Tupelo Mississippi and your Carriage Crossing in Collierville TN . I'm in an electric wheelchair . No one asked to help and in Collierville one to speak to me was another customer and then the cashier when I checked out. I am a grandmother and I love to shop for all of them but I need some help reaching some of the items and getting through the racks. I do not think I must ask when they are 25 feet from me can not help from seeing me. I like the clothes but find the workers turn me off. There needs to be more training.

I tried to return pants that didnt fit and was told, despite having opened up rwo cards there, that i didnt exist in their system..best they could do was send me a store credit. Tried calling customer service to simply have the charge removed and was told it wasnt posdible. Worst customer service ever. I would rather shop at salvation army. I will never shop at that store again.
