Got someone else's order

Ordered my kids dresses for Christmas, received the order on 12/19, the package had my name and info on it however when i opened the bag it was someone else's order. It was a bag of boy clothes. I called and asked them to correct it, they stated it would take 10 business days to receive. I asked if since they messed up if they would expedite the order, they stated no. So now i have to go out and get new dresses (spend more money) annnnd someone else has my name and address. Thanks. They were not helpful at all when I called. Sat on hold for 48 minutes. Waste of time and a company that does not care about customer service. DO NOT USE THEM

Free Shipping???

I've ordered several times and have never been charged for shipping.... and although it says FREE SHIPPING very clearly across the header of the website I have a choice of either $8 or $15. Sorry - free is $0! This has never happened before!

Not great anymore

I’ve been buying from children’s place for around 7 years now. It’s not what it used to be. It’s gotten worse the last couple years. And continues to go down hill. This year alone I have had to call almost everytime I order online due to missing items, wrong items sent to me.... They keep you on hold for hours. Customer service isn’t much at most place and over the phone. I’ve been cheated out of money several times this year by children’s place. I’m done with them. They lost a lot of money with me. I spend at least 2 thousand dollars here a year. No joke! Two daughters are expensive. They grow fast as well. Money well spent if childrensplace wasn’t so awful now.

Have been calling for the last week and the phones are basically “turned off” for incoming calls smh. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with this issue.

Pointless to receive order if it’s not delivered by Xmas eve. The reason I ordered it a month ahead of time.

UPS never even received the order. Very upsetting

Dear Children's Place,

I am shocked and appalled by your terrible handling of my order. How dare you treat your customers like that? What happened to your standards of quality and excellent customer service! I placed this order 23579**** on June 30th and used my paypal account to pay for it. I received a confirmation from paypal and the money has been withdrawn out of my debit card, but I received no emails whatsover from you, only from paypal confirming my payment.

I placed another order on the same day from Bath & B W and already received it. Not to mention I got 2 confirmation emails from them along with a a request for feedback on my order after my order was delivered.

Today, I was wondering what happened to my order because I need it to be delivered to my mom's house before she travels. I check the status of my order and to my SURPRISE, the order has been CANCELED! EMAIL??? MESSAGE! LETTER! PHONE CALL??? ANYTHING????? NOTHING. YOU JUST LEFT ME WAITING AND EXPECTING THIS GIFT TO ARRIVE FOR 11 DAYS only to discover that it's never going to arrive. I checked my email daily but found nothing except promotional ads and sale alerts? All this time I thought my order was on it's way because I was never informed otherwise.

I ask you once more WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE? And anyway why was my order canceled? I wish I had known so that I can order from a different place, but now I can't even do that because I am 197 dollars short. I don't have the money or the order. How fair is that???? If I receive an automated response, I'm going to cause a scandal on social media. I need an explanation from a human.
