Order not received

Im getting the run around from the Leesburg, VA store and thier customer service. I placed an order on 8/30 to be delivered to the store. The store indicate they never received it and to call customer service. I speak with customer service and they say it shipped to the store. Im still trying to cancel the $302 order and for them to process a refund

The Childrens Place - Constantly cancels my order
I did business with this company about a year ago. And stopped. Now every since I started back these people have constantly canceled my orders and lie and say your order didn't pass verification and canceled orders cant be reinstated. Ugh duh dont you think. Why take my money instantly and take ages to refund.. the bad reviews regarding this company says it all. No wonder they were sued. Smh

Fraudulent charges

I did speak to an customer service representative to close the fraudulent account. I'm still waiting to speak with main office regarding this issue. I would like to know where other items purchased were delivered. One package arrived at my address and I was instructed to return with a mailing label provided by the company.

User's recommendation: I'm sure this is a great company to the point of fraud cases are made to get your products. This case was handled quickly and I do appreciate that. I have no children ßi won't ever be a customer.

Order and not able to contact customer service

Place an order on the app for store pickup. It didn't show the location until I placed the order.

Once the order was place, I saw it was for a location 1hr and 30 mins away. I tried to cancel the order, so I could replace the order, but the app or website don't have that option available. I tried calling customer service numerous time, but it kept saying that number is not a working number. Not only that, but I called the store location to see if they could cancel the order or ship it to another location by me.

The store manager told me it's nothing the store can do but wait for the order to come and wait for it to cancel out, which can take 5-7 business days. She also gave me the customer service number that I've been contacting, and it still says that number is not valid.

I would never place an order online again. It almost makes me not want to every shop here again

I've been on hold for over an hour with Children's Place's "customer service" department. The representative said I'd have to wait 24-48 hours for the company to approve my cancelation. IF the cancelation is approved, money will be refunded within 3-5 business days. When did companies begin to approve order cancelations? I called them immediately upon pressing place order when I noticed my shipping address was incorrect. TERRIBLE

My missing shipment

Was not the Children's Place fault. My order was shipped on a timely basis but the delivery company they use "ONTRAC" sucks!socks!! They said they were unable to deliver to my address!! Now my order is being sent back I have go out buy school clothes for my granddaughters!! I wasted almost 2 weeks waiting for my order. NEVER AGAIN!!

Told me contact the delivery service and Kept hanging up on me and I did contact UPS they said thats all they had from them so they are asssuminh Childrens place forgot to send Me the rest of my Things which I paid over $300 for and Only got one shirt delivered out of 34 items I will never order from them again making that big of a purchase was the worse mistake yet especially since they wont resend or check and see did they forget smh
