I ordered multiple items worth more than 200$ some of the items came but over 20 items havent been received even tho it says deliver. I called multiple times and each time the managers told me there is nothing they can do for me.

I ordered 2 pajamas set and received 2 5t shirts with someone else name.

I ordered online and was sent the wrong order which cost half of what my order was and I have no way to contact customer service or to receive the items I already paid for online. I also tried to go to the store which is open and nothing could be done. I guess I am stuck with the items that were not mine that are too small.

Bought pants for my son on Dec 19, 2019. On Jan 6, he wore the pants to school for the first time. He came home with a huge rip in the Knee. This is after wearing it one time. I am attaching the receipt for Dec 19 purchase along with photos of the pants.

I placed an order (32362****) on May 28th. To this date (June 27, 2020) only 5 of the 9 items have delivered. On June 14th I received an email to tell me 3 of the 4 remaining items were cancelled; not by me but them. I’m still waiting on the 1 remaining item; the email I received says it shipped on June 14th. This is a ridiculous time line for a retail business and I should not have been able to order items unavailable. I attempted to call customer service several times and the waits are ridiculous. I will not be a returning customer following this experience.

Haven’t received my clothes/ change address

Got an email saying that my clothes wasnt able too get delivered Bc they couldnt Identify the address & it was sent back too the carrier called all around could barley speak with anyone but some luck only got 1call with children place & other then that couldnt update my address & I would like too receive my clothes or just have my money back period.

I received the final part of my order however I did not receive one of the items they claim is in the box. Been trying to get in touch with someone over a month. The phone number always claims high call volumes and hangs up. I emailed customer service and I got a case number and was told they would be in touch with me the next 2 days and I’ve heard nothing. This has been over a month. I’ve even tried messaging the Facebook account and I get an automated message back.
