Every company that Ive ever dealt with while needing to make a return has never required the customer to pay to ship an item back. The closet Childrens Place store to me is 45 mins away so driving there to return the item isnt happening. So I guess Im stuck with these pants that dont fit my son because after spending several hundreds of dollars this year with this store Im not paying to ship them back. Ill keep that in mind next time he needs clothes or school uniforms. Ill just go somewhere else.

Not receiving items ordered

I made an online purchase of $127.52, which consist of 14 pieces of clothing on 11/28/2020. Order number 347372****.

I contacted customer services on 12/11/2020 and spoke to Kevin. He disclosed that I would not to contact the customer service desk again on the 12/16/2020 due to my packages not being delivered. I contacted the office and spoke to Maria. Maria disclosed that the items could be reshipped, I could get a credit to repurchase the items, or I could get my money back.

I told Maria that I would contact the United States Post office to attempt to locate the packages. I stayed on hold for two hours and they disclosed that the last information they had for the packages is that they were in Alabama and they would investigate what was going on with the packages. When I first called back Fabian disclosed that their was nothing they could do concerning my packages. I explained that I was trying to get the packages prior to Christmas.

He stated that he could not help me. I asked for a supervisor and spoke with Sebastian C19123. He said that he could not do anything and that I would have to wait until 11/22/2020 to contact customer service about not receiving my items. I am going to go to another store over the weekend and purchase the items at another store because it has been 21 days since I placed my order and have yet to receive my packages.

I do not feel that waiting four more days is going to change anything due to the United States Post Office already explained that they do not know why the packages have not left the last facility either, which leads me to believe that I will not have my items next week either. I no longer want the items and will not be making any further purchases with your company. I will be contacting the better business bureau concerning this issue due to I feel that I have not received my packages and your company is not willing to reimburse my money. The point of ordering online was because your store in my area did not have the items that I purchased.

I would like my money refunded and for you all to contact the post office and retrieve your items back. I know that your company is able to contact the post office to see that I have not received my items and I feel that your customer service agents were not trying to handle my issue.

They just keep saying wait and that Maria was reading word for word what Sebastian documented on the account basically tell me my money would not be refunded. The children in my home can not wait to have warm clothing because it is cold here.

Never got my order or my money back

I moved and changed my address on the account profile and in my address book. They shipped my children's winter clothing to the wrong address. When I realized what happened and called the company they basically told me to go to *** After roughly 2 hours on the phone I was given the options of calling the post office or my bank. I called the bank and they initially gave me my money back only to take it back 2 months later because The Children's Place showed them the invoice that had the wrong address on it. So, I am now in a battle to get this money back because, "I don't have sufficient evidence that they did something wrong."

I ordered earring for my daughter for Christmas on Nov 26. I received the wrong order.

I had to wait 10 days before I could even complain. Then when I was able to get ahold of someone (Dec 18) they told me they were going to ship a different pair of earrings for me because apparently they were out of stock now. They called the warehouse and verified that it was okay since they were the same price. They said I would receive an email when it ships.

I called back today (Dec 30) because I still havent received anything. I was told that the person I talked to was incorrect. They werent sending me earrings and all they could do was refund my money which I wont get back until 3-5 more days.

Oh and the best part?! They have no record of me talking to the other person for 19 minutes.

Was shopping in the sneville ga store on Sunday customer was look for size and the employee was rude asking what size and customer said I can find it so employee said dont mess clothes so tve customer said im not so what I cant look for the size and the employee going go called the police on the lady talking about she theating her and the customer didn't say one work the customer told her she was crazy to take her meds so customer put all the clothes that she was going to purchase and left the employee still was calling the cops..The store manager just was standing there looking and didn't say a thing .Guess when you black you get the cops called on you for shopping and telling employee she not messing nothing up.Bescause everytime I turn around she was around me like I wanted something out tge store...Want be shopping in there or childrenplace going to close my cardcard no

Need to return item i ordered online

I have made several purchases having a balance from your credit of over $2500 and is asking to return items bought for my autistic son to use during school time.

There is no school now and hes home and perhaps getting more attention to feed the only two food he eats a little more than when hes at school and not eating. He is home now and the clothes cant fit.

I would like to RETURN them for EXCHANGE which since March I have been trying to do with NO HELP WHATSOEVER.

Each time I call either I get cut off, manager after manager saying they will email me back or they have to speak with corporate or no answer whatever. It is very frustrating. I have outstanding balances with two boxes of clothing that doesnt fit - stores are closed what am I to do? If u r not willing to help me with the returns/exchange.

Just last week I made cash purchase of over two hundred dollars to get bigger sizes and Im stupid enough to order again from childrens place while I cant get help to return my purchases.

Please some can /anyone with a heart please understand that I have a box full of clothes just to be EXCHANGED for bigger sizes from two orders the second one was from a purchase of over $800.00. I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE BILL ANYWAY. I love the clothes from childrens place and it helps to cover my sons autism cause people whether real or fake would like his style of dressing versus dwelling on his autism.

Please I will pay my bill Im only asking to do an EXCHANGE for the same ones or equivalent from Sizes 5/6/- 7/8 to a possible size 8-10. This child only eats second stage Gerber baby food one kind apple chicken, banana chips not plantain chips and drinks ice water.

I already have major issues and to be left with so much clothes he cant use that I need and a bill for $2500.00 outstanding balance you are only leaving me to get suicidal.

Please assist I just need a return label to mail them back first order was January 29,2020 and the second set after only the shorts from the second order but most of the 5/6 from the first order please just an exchange on the returns.

Im desperate or I will just kill myself please help me with the exchange. PLEASE!!
