Do not go to the store in Kingwood . It never has a working restroom for the children. Children's store with no children's restroom!!! I have complained to their corporate headquarters before for this and about the customer service. This store is soooo ghetto along with the management. Children's Place has a new bank or vendor they are working with regarding payments. As a consumer, we received a new card from them but were not told we had to input all our information all over again. When you log onto the "Pay My Bill" nothing comes up that says you must re-register. Due to this I paid my bill late and was charged a late fee and finance charge. Went to waterford lakes in orlando fl. Inwent around when the $10 off was going on,and the store didnt have any good sale everything was sky high in price mind you this store is for kids.I asked tje girl that was working if there is anything on sale and she said nope.wow! Worst place ever to get a store credit!!!! You receive their clothing as a gift and you have to tackle the person who gives you the gift in order for you the get store credit... not a refund A STORE CREDIT!!! Meaning you're still spending the money with them but if you don't have a receipt you might as well throw the gift away

I purchased 2 gift cards online on October 10th, 2016, totaling $150. That evening, I got an email from Childrensplace.com, that my order was shipped. After 72 hours passed, I noticed no updates at all to the tracking number they provided me in the email. So on 10/15, I contacted UPS, and they never even received any shipment! I placed an order online, two weeks later i still had not received the product nor an email advising that it had shipped. I used my Childrens Place Cash online to order several items. When I received the order, some of them did not fit, so I had to return a few of the items on the order. I wanted to re-order the same items, but when I spoke to a representative, I could not use the children's Place cash on the re-ordered items because I had already used them. I shop at the childrens place in oxen hill Maryland all the time and had no problems. I went in to shop with my 4 year old who was so excited to see the pal prints on the stores floor so he followed then, i called for him to come back and he ran to me; at which i told him not to move or play in the store. Agree!!! Very dishonest retailer! I had clothes in my cart at a sale price. Sale price was listed all the way through the checkout process until I selected the "place order" button when suddenly all the prices literally changed to full price right in front of my eyes.
