The Childrens Place - The Children's Place charged my credit card for my online order but will not ship or respond to my order status!!
I placed my order two weeks ago.
The Children's Place charged my credit card.
My order status has never updated, nor have my items shipped (per their website)
I have sent THREE email requests for help.
I have called THREE times and been placed on hold for over 45 minutes only to be disconnected.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CHILDRENS PLACE AGAIN!
I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and filing complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.
I have also posted on the Children's Place Facebook page for help!!
WHAT IS GOING ON?? ANYONE ELSE HAVE SUCH TROUBLE???
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $141.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Go to your bank and dispute the charges. This worked for me.
I am having the same issue and I was told I would be refunded in 7-10 business days well guess what? Has not happened yet
